Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your package until delivery.

Import duties & taxes

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. We cover all import duties, taxes, and tariffs. You won't need to pay anything extra in customs.

Due to customs procedures, international orders may experience some delay.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery address

If you entered a wrong or incomplete delivery address, please contact us before the order has been shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be modified by us, and you will need to coordinate any changes directly with the shipping carrier.

If a package is delivered to an incorrect address because the customer provided wrong or incomplete information, we are not able to issue a refund or replacement if the parcel is lost as a result.

Parcels lost in transit

We will process a refund or replacement once the carrier has conducted an investigation and officially declared the parcel as lost.

Parcels marked as delivered but not received

We are not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as missing. If tracking information shows the parcel has been delivered, we will request an investigation with the carrier. If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we cannot accept liability for lost or stolen goods.

Failed delivery attempts

If the carrier attempts delivery multiple times without success and the parcel is held at a pickup point but not collected within the designated timeframe, the parcel will be returned to us. In this case, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. The exact fee depends on the destination country and will be communicated to you before processing the refund.
